It has been a little over 7 months since we implemented the Friary House Klinik Triage system and we are pleased to report that it is running smoothly. Over this period, we have dealt with 27,410 patient contacts and have provided care through face-to-face appointments, telephone appointments, and text messages. The numbers indicate that we have had 668 face-to-face appointments, 14,714 telephone consultations, and resolved 5782 cases through text message. We are delighted to have been able to successfully divert the remainder of cases to the most appropriate service. We value the opinion of our patients and are pleased to share that approximately 77% of patients have rated our service as Good or Excellent. We are grateful for this feedback and it motivates us to continue improving our services.
