Change to How Patients Can Order Repeat Prescriptions

The email address [email protected] has now been removed.

All requests already submitted on this email address will be processed in the normal way but the surgery will not be monitoring this email as of 2nd October 2023.

All patients are asked to submit their repeat prescription requests using the Klinik tile provided on our website or the NHS App, the Airmid App or by posting the request in the post box provided or dropping it into the surgery or Pharmacy.

We still do not accept requests for prescriptions over the phone as all requests must be in writing to prevent prescribing errors.
