Review of Repeat Prescription Process.

We are currently reviewing how we deal with repeat prescriptions to improve our service to our patients. As part of a root and branch review we will be accepting requests for repeat prescriptions up to 7 days before the due date rather than the current 72 hours. This will take effect from the 12th Feb 2024. We anticipate that this will spread the workload and ensure a smoother process for all. Please remember we do not accept requests for any medication on the phone; this is for safety reasons.
